Guests are welcome to all or parts of the retreat. We encourage our guests to share in as much as possible as the theme will develop as we travel together throughout the week, with opportunities to rest and relax as well as group activity. |

During the Retreat we shall be visiting the North Yorkshire Moors, enjoying creative arts, a poetry and music evening, good food and company and sharing together the Holy Week and Easter Stories through creative liturgy and storytelling. |

Come for parts of the retreat or for the whole time. The suggested donation for the whole retreat is £300. This could be payable by standing order over a period of not more than six months at say £50 per month. If this would be more convenient for you please ask for a form. |

Holy Rood House is supported by donations [please see overleaf]. In order to continue the work of the House we are asking for a suggested donation of £300 for this event. Please send this form with one third of your gift (£100) to: Holy Rood House. Of course you may want to donate the whole amount now, which would be a great help for our administration! A small bursary may be available.

We are a registered charity wholly supported by donations from guests, visitors, friends, financial partners, local organisations and some grant making trusts.
These donations make your stay here possible as without them we would not be able to continue to run the House. In order for us to be able to offer hospitality to others we ask that you also should make a donation towards the costs of maintaining the House for the future.
A donation is a gift and while we do not make specific charges we suggest that your gift should, as a minimum, reflect the time that you have spent here. We understand that giving these amounts may not always be possible for some people and we would be happy to discuss individual cases.
If you are a tax payer and can sign a Gift Aid form this will greatly enhance the value of your gift at no extra expense to yourself. We can claim back 28p in the pound out of the tax that you have already paid.
